Make no mistake - though the name Demby+Solomon implies that there are a dynamic duo behind the scenes - the company is actually the brainchild of designer Lysa Goodman Poore, who named her company in honor of her grandmothers, a couple of tenacious and unique women. But on a more literal note, Demby+Solomon is a place to explore the possibilities of paper and print. 

Our collection encompasses a range of products from everyday party invitations to luxury letterpress wedding invitation suites.  From fun personalized gift stickers and address labels to gift items, we're always adding new and fun things to bring a fresh look to your events and your correspondence.   

And as a paper products company, we also believe it's our responsibility to aim for earth-friendly practices whenever we feasibly can - which is why many of our products are printed on FSC-certified papers and we utilize suppliers who use alternative sources of energy (or are locally-based) whenever we can.  We have streamlined many of our office tasks to make them entirely paperless as well. 

About the Designer:  Goodman Poore has more than a decade of experience in both graphic design and advertising/marketing.  She loves mid-century modern design and is inspired by everything from nature to pop culture, fashion and music.  Her designs have been featured in "O" the Oprah Magazine, Greetings Etc., Stationery Trends, Pregnancy Magazine, Bride's - Michigan, The Knot, Pink!, Metro Detroit Bride, and on the Style Me Pretty and Weddingbee blogs.  She currently resides in Michigan with her husband and sons.
